On being single?

its gonna be 3-4 years that i have been single after a good relationship and a bad break up. Went out with a few gals, but towards the end it all fail..Now my bro has a new 1st gal, and every time i am around tem, it gives me reassurance that it is better being single....is it normal..n tell pls reassure me why being single is good...hehehe.....

I love being single ........my Mother always told me if I'm not in bed by 10pm I'm to go home..!

Reply:Some people in relationships want to be single, some people who are single want to be in relationships. I personally get offended or upset when I hear people in relationships say they want to be single. To them single means freedom, which makes me think they feel "trapped" because they're in love. Single people seem to thing being single is being "trapped" because when you're alone, you usually see people walking down the street holding hands, walking with friends etc... It's weird that people want whatever they don't have and when they get it, they're ungrateful. Be happy with yourself and you'll be happy with everything else.

There no written law that states everyone has to be involved with another.





During you time of being single, get to know yourself better. Learn to be okay being by yourself.





So should that special someone comes along, you'll be able to offer that person a whole you. You'll be someone who doesn't need a significant other to complete you.

just think about yourself, worry over your own concerns and not have to consider another person - thats the benefit of being single...plus you have unlimited freedom to do as you please :o)

why date someone if all that is going to happen is your going to get attached then get hurt when you get dumped?


thats how it is for a long time until your in college.
